The Metro Non-Profit Housing Association (MNPHA) is grateful to St. Andrew's for its continuing support for our mission to assist single adults who have been homeless, or at risk of being homeless, to create and maintain their homes. MNPHA is a private, charitable non-profit organization that provides permanent; secure housing and support to low income, single individuals through six buildings with housing units in Halifax and Dartmouth. Members of the congregation can help by donating used (or new) items for individuals to set up or sustain housing. Items include virtually all things found in a kitchen and bedrooms from cutlery to plates and cups [not mugs], toasters, kettles, linens, blankets, curtains, lamps, etc. Because of a lack of storage space we cannot accept large pieces of furniture. If you have items to donate please call Tammy at the St. Andrew's Church office: 422-3157 and a pick-up will be arranged.
