Christchurch, Pittsburgh, Quebec City, Charleston … the list of cities in which worshippers have been attacked just continues to grow. How do we respond to this? How do we hold the heartbreak, and how do we support those who must go to worship carrying some fear. Jesus actually spoke about a worshipping community that was attacked. We’ll explore what he had to say and turn to strong prayer and music to lift our souls in this strange and uncertain time. Russ Daye preaches, following the choir singing a movement from Randall Thompson’s ‘Peaceable Kingdom’. The sermon begins at 5:15. - We’re back in our house this Sunday, July 5
After 16 weeks of online -virtual worship, the NS Department of Health has issued new gathering guidelines that permit 50% capacity to a maximum of 200 people, with physical distancing. We'll be preparing in the coming week to welcome you back to the sanctuary for in person worship. There will be some very specific instructions about how our gathering will proceed; many things will look different from the 'usual', but we will be very relieved to be able to see one another in person. - New Email Addresses
Effective May 1 all Ministerial and Operations staff have new email addresses. The old eastlink.ca addresses are no longer functional, and email sent to those addresses will bounce back to you. Here is the list of new emails:
